What does the Starter plan cost?
Starter has no monthly subscription. Card orders have a TrukRun fee, capped at $2 per order, plus Stripe processing. Orders paid in cash at the window have no TrukRun fee. The pricing page explains each plan.
Does TrukRun charge a commission on every order?
TrukRun charges a per-order fee on card orders that is capped at $2, so a big order never costs you a big percentage. Orders paid in cash at the window have no TrukRun fee. Stripe processing is separate. The pricing page shows the rate for each plan.
Do I need special equipment?
You can use a phone, tablet or computer with a supported web browser and an internet connection. TrukRun does not include a card reader, cash drawer or receipt printer.
Can customers find my truck’s location?
Yes. Publish your service stop and hours on your menu page. You can also choose to list your truck in Find Trucks. You control what you publish; TrukRun does not continuously track your truck.
